Asian Honey Soy Glazed Watermelon Balls Recipe

12 watermelon balls (use a melon baller)
1 cup confectioner's sugar
1 1/2 cups sugar
3/4 cup oyster sauce
1/3 cup Sherry wine
1/3 cup hot water


1. Place watermelon balls on 2 10 - inch skewers.
2. Then roll in the superfine sugar.
3. Separately mix the sauce until the sugar dissolves, pour over watermelon, and serve.


Serves 1.
