Tarragon Watermelon Salad
- Ingredients:
- 6 small watermelon wedges, rind removed
1-1/2 cups cubed cantaloupe 1-1/2 cups cubed honeydew 2 tablespoons chopped fresh tarragon 1/4 cup Watermelon Raspberry Vinaigrette (See Raspberry Vinaigrette recipe)
- Instructions:
- Place watermelon wedges on individual salad plates. Mound cantaloupe and honeydew next to watermelon. Sprinkle tarragon over melons, drizzle with vinaigrette. Serve immediately.
