Mini Watermelon Menu Plan

So, you bought a mini watermelon…now what?

Mini watermelons are wonderful for when you need something a little more “personal” sized. Because of their size, they are easier to handle and have thinner rinds than a full-sized watermelon. Even though it’s mini, you can still get a lot from these melons! Use a melon baller to create little frozen treats, blend the remaining flesh and juice into a refreshing smoothie, and then use the rind in a fun carving or as a vessel for your smoothie bowl (works great for salsas, too!).

Get the most from your mini by using the whole watermelon! Use this menu as a guide when exploring all the wonders that mini watermelons have to offer.
