Watermelon Sandwich

- Spread honey mustard liberally over the inside of the bread and layer the deli meat over the bottom piece.
- Sprinkle the watermelon with chili lime powder and place over the meat.
- Top the watermelon with the greens and top with the bread, mustard side down.

I tried this recipe with rye bread and wheat bread, turkey and honey ham, toasted and not toasted. All options were great! I thought maybe I’d need cheese…I tried a half sandwich with cheese, not needed! Only took about 5 mins (if you’re not cutting watermelon initially).
