Bruleed Watermelon Wedges with Creme Fraiche

Instructions
- Position a rack in the upper third in the oven. Line a large baking sheet with foil and add it to the rack; set the broiler to high.
- Cut watermelon into ½ inch rounds then slice each round into 6 wedges. Cover tops with brown sugar.
- Carefully remove baking sheets and add watermelon, brown-sugar-side-up. Broil 10 minutes or until slightly charred, flipping watermelon once halfway through cooking.
- Serve with creme fraiche and crumbled amaretto cookies.
