Super Green Detox Smoothie

Combined with nutritious greens like kale and parsley, this hydrating smoothie will help jump start any detox program while curbing hunger.

 Ingredients
  • 3 cups watermelon cubes
  • 1/4 cup parsley
  • 2 cups packed kale
  • 2 teaspoons green tea powder
  • 2 teaspoons gochujang paste (optional)
  • 3 tablespoons pineapple juice concentrate
  • 6 limes (juice from the fresh squeezed limes)
  • 1/2 peeled and pitted avocado
 Instructions

Place all ingredients in a blender with watermelon on the bottom. Start blending slowly until watermelon is liquified, then increase speed. Blend for 1 to 2 minutes.

 Servings

Makes 3 cups or 3 servings.
