- Combine watermelon cubes, sliced fennel, toasted pine nuts, and parmesan cheese in a serving bowl and gently toss to combine.
- In a small bowl, combine orange juice, basil, dijon mustard, and kosher salt and whisk together.
- Pour the dressing over the top of the salad and gently toss to coat.
- Let the salad sit in the refrigerator for 30-60 minutes and then serve.
