Recipe created by internationally-known culinary nutritionist Pam Smith, RDN. This simple watermelon juice with a boost is a favorite to refresh with!

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in blender and puree until smooth. Strain through a fine-mesh sieve into a large pitcher or measuring glass, pressing on solids to extract as much juice as possible.
