Rosy Red Superfood Smoothie

This delicious smoothie packs a superfood punch. It’s loaded with antioxidants, vitamins, minerals, and fiber. Plus there is omega-3 fat from the hemp.

  • 2 cups cubed watermelon
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen raspberries
  • 1 cup raspberry kefir
  • 2 tablespoons orange juice concentrate
  • 2 tablespoons hemp seeds
  • 2 tablespoons agave syrup
  • serving ice (if desired)

Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.


Makes about 3 cups.
