The Veggie Heavy Smoothie drink packs a punch. Drink your veggies.

The Red Hot Beet Smoothie features beets, turmeric and cayenne, oh my!

The Watermelon Zapper kicks it up with ginger, lemon and carrots.

Instructions

Heavy Watermelon Veggie Smoothie

  1. In a juicer, extract the juice from all of the above ingredients. Serve plain or over ice.

Red Hot Beet Smoothie:

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender with watermelon on the bottom. Turn blender on slow speed until watermelon has liquified, then increase speed and blend for 1 minute or until liquified. (This is the middle drink.)

Watermelon Zapper:

  1. Place watermelon in a blender, then remaining ingredients.
  2. Turn blender on low until watermelon is liquified, then gradually increase speed. Blend for 2 minutes. (This is the drink on the right.)
