A quick and easy recipe for making a shortbread crumble… but with watermelon!

  1. Place half of the crumbled cookies on the bottom of a deep 9 x 13 dish and flatten into an even layer.
  2. Spoon the watermelon over that in an even layer.
  3. Sprinkle the remaining cookies over the top.
  4. Serve with sweetened whipped cream.
