Watermelon Strawberry Smoothie Bowl

  1. Combine 2 cups watermelon, strawberries, banana and coconut milk in blender and blend, scraping down the sides as needed until smooth, about 1 minute.
  2. Divide smoothie between two bowls and top with remaining watermelon, granola and coconut. Serve immediately and enjoy.

Tip: If using small or personalized-sized watermelons, substitute watermelon rind bowls for serving bowls! Simply cut small watermelon in half, and remove the flesh (flesh can be used in smoothies).
