This sweet and salty dish is sure to delight your guests and senses! Easy to make and easy to customize – we used feta but havarti, halloumi or mozzarella would be just as tasty!

  1. Skewer kabobs starting with watermelon, then cheese, herb of choice and then watermelon again. Plate before dousing with your favorite balsamic dressing.

Tip: If you cannot find pre-cubed feta, you can purchase a block of firm feta and cube yourself.

This appetizer was well received at a recent social potluck I always try to take something that most people can eat, considering how many people these days eat gluten-free or vegetarian and are looking for healthier options. I made some with feta and some with boursin bites; added half a cherry tomato separated by a mint leaf and then drizzled the balsamic glaze. Delicious!
