Watermelon Tecate Ceviche

Have Made It

A fun and unique spin on ceviche by Chef Blanca Aldaco.



  1. Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl. Toss well. Chill.
  2. Wet the tops of each cold, unopened cans of beer.
    Rim the tops with the salt allowing salt to cover about 1 inch of the can.
  3. Open the top of the beer, and put about two tablespoons of the watermelon/shrimp mixture on top of the can.
  4. Serve with toothpicks or cocktail fork. Eat chunks of watermelon and shrimp. When consumed, enjoy the flavored beer. Marvelous!
