  1. In cocktail shaker, muddle simple syrup and cucumber.
  2. Add remaining ingredients except Prosecco and shake with ice.
  3. Strain into tall/Collins glass with ice.
  4. Top with Prosecco.
  5. Garnish with watermelon, cucumber and micro peppers.
