Watermelon Whiskey BBQ Sauce and Ribs

  • Yields

    8 servings of ribs (14 ounces of sauce)



  1. Place all ingredients, besides the ribs, in a small saucepan on medium heat.
  2. Whisk ingredients to ensure that they are combined.
  3. Bring the sauce to a light simmer, and cook, stirring occasionally, for 20 minutes.
  4. Use immediately or cool and place into covered container and use up to 3 days.
  5. Baste hot grilled ribs with sauce on both sides and serve.
