Name: Watermelon Brownie Bites
Ingredients: Fresh watermelon, either balled or cut into ½ - ¾ " chunks; Store-bought or homemade brownie bites, about 1" in diameter; Large Marshmallows; Rainbow sprinkles; Water; Toothpicks

Dozen brownie bites set on white cake plate topped with decorative toothpicks. One brownie bite served on small dessert plate with more serving plates in background. Setting is aqua with white polka-dot tablecloth.

Great for a party, these are simply sweet perfection. Perfect for Valentine’s Day!

Ingredients

Fresh watermelon, either balled or cut into ½ - ¾ " chunks
Store-bought or homemade brownie bites, about 1" in diameter
Large Marshmallows
Rainbow sprinkles
Water
Toothpicks

Instructions

With your toothpick, skewer one watermelon ball.
Dip a marshmallow halfway in water and roll with sprinkles and thread on the skewer.
Lastly thread a brownie bite.
Repeat for as many servings as desired. Enjoy!
