This recipe was a huge hit with school foodservice staff at culinary skills training classes.
This is a wonderful addition to my recipe repertoire! With every bite I still can’t believe it doesn’t have tomatoes in it! My nephew introduced us to it this summer and it’s been a hit every time I’ve made it since. I added some Old Bay hot sauce, about 2 teaspoons and some toasted cumin seeds about 1 teaspoon.
Love the additions to kick the “fire” up!
