Instructions

  1. Combine cubed watermelon, orange juice, ginger and turmeric in blender and blend until smooth, about 1 minute. Strain mixture through a fine mesh strainer into a pitcher filled halfway with ice.
  2. Divided juice between 4 glasses filled halfway with ice. Garnish with watermelon wedges and mint springs. Serve and enjoy.
