With under 5 ingredients, this drink is an instant pick-me-up and simply sensational in flavor! If in a hurry, use 2 cups of ready-made fresh-squeezed orange juice. Enjoy the benefits of turmeric and ginger in this hydrating and satisfying sipper.

  1. Combine cubed watermelon, orange juice, ginger and turmeric in blender and blend until smooth, about 1 minute. Strain mixture through a fine mesh strainer into a pitcher filled halfway with ice.
  2. Divide juice between 4 glasses filled halfway with ice. Garnish with watermelon wedge. Serve and enjoy.

Did this recipe as-is and it took about 30-45 mins: washing/cutting watermelon, washing/juicing 6 oranges, cutting/peeling ginger. I did double strain. The recipe is good – I think you could sub 2 cups fresh squeezed orange juice if in a rush and it would still be good. Very refreshing!
